A Northwind security chaos experiment riding an arched resilience rail through eight stations: hypothesize, scope, safeguard, inject, observe, learn, automate and report. Inside the arch, experiment SEC-4471 tests whether an over-permissive IAM change is blocked on a test identity canary with a ten-minute automatic revert, not on the 3,400-host production fleet; the first run alerts but does not block, the policy is fixed and owned, and the re-run blocks and passes. Along the bottom, only 3 of 18 critical controls were proven by experiment — the other 15 were merely configured.

Security Chaos Engineering — The Resilience Rail

A hands-on mid-level course that proves security controls work by safely breaking things on purpose. Work the resilience rail - eight stations: Hypothesize, Scope, Safeguard, Inject, Observe, Learn, Automate, and Report - running controlled security experiments to find where defenses silently fail. Strictly defensive and safe. Four hands-on activities in every lesson.
